O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (MP) da Venezuela iniciou uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o penal por, entre outros poss\u00edveis delitos, \u201cinstiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 insurrei\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d e \u201cconspira\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d contra o principal ex-candidato \u00e0 presid\u00eancia do pa\u00eds na \u00faltima elei\u00e7\u00e3o, Edmundo Gonz\u00e1lez, e contra a lideran\u00e7a da oposi\u00e7\u00e3o – Mar\u00eda Corina Machado.<\/p>\n

Segundo comunicado do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, a apura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 consequ\u00eancia de um comunicado emitido pelos dois na \u00faltima segunda-feira (5). O MP venezuelano afirma que a nota dos opositores incita abertamente os policiais e militares a que desobede\u00e7am as leis.<\/p>\n

Segundo o chefe do MP, Tarek William Saab, tal comunicado pode incidir em crimes como \u201cusurpa\u00e7\u00e3o de fun\u00e7\u00f5es, difus\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00e3o falsa para causar agita\u00e7\u00e3o; instiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 desobedi\u00eancia das leis, instiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 insurrei\u00e7\u00e3o e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para delinquir e conspira\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n

A nota do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico venezuelano diz ainda que, \u201c\u00e0 margem da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e da lei, falsamente anunciam um ganhador das elei\u00e7\u00f5es presidenciais distinto ao proclamado pelo Conselho Nacional Eleitoral (CNE), \u00fanico \u00f3rg\u00e3o qualificado para tal\u201d.<\/p>\n

Em comunicado publicado nas redes sociais, Corina Machado e Edmundo Gonz\u00e1lez afirmam que venceram a elei\u00e7\u00e3o e acusam o governo de repress\u00e3o contra opositores, pedindo para os policiais e militares que \u201cse coloquem ao lado do povo\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00f3s pedimos que impe\u00e7am a devassid\u00e3o do regime contra o povo e a respeitar, e fazer respeitar, os resultados das elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 28 de julho\u201d, afirmam os opositores.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Conflito pol\u00edtico<\/h2>\n

Edmundo e Corina afirmam ter publicado mais de 80% das atas eleitorais na internet que comprovariam a vit\u00f3ria de Edmundo Gonz\u00e1lez.\u00a0A oposi\u00e7\u00e3o argumenta ainda que as institui\u00e7\u00f5es venezuelanas, incluindo o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o independentes e que atuariam apenas para favorecer o governo Maduro.<\/p>\n

O governo acusa a oposi\u00e7\u00e3o de falsificar mais de 9,4 mil atas publicadas na rede e tem responsabilizado Corina e Edmundo pelos dist\u00farbios registrados no pa\u00eds, que tem sido classificado pelas autoridades como atos terroristas com ataques a pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos, for\u00e7as policiais e lideran\u00e7as chavistas.<\/p>\n

Estima-se que os protestos tenham retirado a vida de 11 manifestantes, segundo an\u00e1lise preliminar da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o governamental (ONG) venezuelana Foro Penal. Al\u00e9m disso, cerca de 1,2 mil pessoas foram presas, mais de 80 policiais feridos e um assassinado, segundos dados de autoridades venezuelanas.<\/p>\n

Como o Conselho Nacional Eleitoral n\u00e3o disponibilizou aos partidos, candidatos e observadores eleitorais, as atas por mesa de vota\u00e7\u00e3o, tem prevalecido uma guerra de vers\u00f5es sobre o resultado do pleito. O Poder Eleitoral alega que um ataque cibern\u00e9tico prejudicou o trabalho da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Na \u00faltima sexta-feira (2), o Tribunal Supremo de Justi\u00e7a (TSJ) iniciou uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre os resultados eleitorais. O CNE entregou<\/a> ontem (5) as atas das mais de 30 mil mesas de vota\u00e7\u00e3o ao Supremo venezuelano.<\/p>\n
