N\u00e3o houve sobreviventes.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Caixa-preta<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>No processo, a PGR questiona, por exemplo, a preced\u00eancia dada ao Sipaer no acesso e na guarda de itens de interesse para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, inclusive das caixas-pretas e suas grava\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Outro trecho da lei contestado pela PGR prev\u00ea que as an\u00e1lises e conclus\u00f5es do Sipaer n\u00e3o podem ser utilizadas como prova em processos judiciais ou administrativos e ser\u00e3o fornecidas a terceiros somente por meio de ordem judicial. Em suma, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico quer ter maior acesso a esses dados.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>O julgamento da ADI come\u00e7ou em 2021, no plen\u00e1rio virtual, mas acabou suspenso por um pedido de vista (mais tempo de an\u00e1lise) feito pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal.
