O presidente da C\u00e2mara Legislativa ( CLDF<\/a> ), deputado Wellington Luiz<\/a> (MDB), indicou nesta segunda-feira (12) que os parlamentares distritais provavelmente manter\u00e3o os vetos do governador Ibaneis Rocha (MDB)<\/a> ao Plano de Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do Conjunto Urban\u00edstico de Bras\u00edlia (PPCub). O plano, sancionado pelo governador no mesmo dia, foi aprovado com 63 vetos ao texto original, que regulamenta a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea tombada de Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cO sentimento \u00e9 que a gente respeite os vetos do governador. N\u00e3o estou vendo clima para discutir e derrubar esses vetos, ent\u00e3o acredito, sim, que ser\u00e3o mantidos\u201d, afirmou Wellington Luiz ao GPS|Bras\u00edlia<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

O PPCub, uma proposta de autoria do governo, busca equilibrar o desenvolvimento urbano com a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio cultural de Bras\u00edlia, reconhecida pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para a Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, a Ci\u00eancia e a Cultura (Unesco) como Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural da Humanidade. Os vetos de Ibaneis Rocha foram justificados como necess\u00e1rios para manter esse equil\u00edbrio, ap\u00f3s ouvir cr\u00edticas de diversos setores da sociedade civil.<\/p>\n

Vetos<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Entre os vetos mais significativos est\u00e1 o que impediu o aumento da altura de 16 pr\u00e9dios nos setores hoteleiros Norte e Sul, que poderiam passar de tr\u00eas para 12 andares, pr\u00f3ximos \u00e0 Esplanada dos Minist\u00e9rios. <\/p>\n

Outros pontos barrados incluem a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um camping no Parque dos P\u00e1ssaros, no fim da Asa Sul, e a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de com\u00e9rcios no Setor de Embaixadas Norte. Ibaneis tamb\u00e9m vetou emendas que permitiam a transfer\u00eancia de \u00e1reas verdes para a Terracap, e novos usos nos postos de combust\u00edveis do Plano Piloto, como a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de funer\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

A proposta aprovada na CLDF tamb\u00e9m previa a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para o funcionamento de mot\u00e9is e hot\u00e9is nas quadras 700 e 900 Sul e Norte, mas essa possibilidade foi descartada pelo governador. Adicionalmente, foi vetada a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades de grande porte, como hospitais, no Setor de Ind\u00fastrias Gr\u00e1ficas (SIG).<\/p>\n

Ibaneis defendeu os vetos como fundamentais para assegurar o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel e a seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica no Distrito Federal. \u201cAnalisamos o projeto com muito carinho e responsabilidade, ouvindo a sociedade do Distrito Federal. Alguns vetos foram de natureza t\u00e9cnica, outros por recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o da Procuradoria, e alguns vieram diretamente das demandas da popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, justificou o governador.<\/p>\n

Mesmo com os vetos, o PPCub traz mudan\u00e7as importantes para algumas \u00e1reas. Agora, por exemplo, ser\u00e1 permitido construir habita\u00e7\u00f5es nos pavimentos superiores dos pr\u00e9dios da W3 Norte, onde antes s\u00f3 eram permitidos escrit\u00f3rios. \u201cVamos ter a oportunidade de investir na revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de toda a \u00e1rea da W3, que hoje se encontra em completo abandono\u201d, comentou Ibaneis.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o autoriza moradias nas quadras 700 do Noroeste e permite que quatro lotes \u00e0s margens do Lago Parano\u00e1, originalmente destinados a clubes, possam abrigar hot\u00e9is e apart-hot\u00e9is. A estimativa \u00e9 que essa \u00e1rea, localizada pr\u00f3xima ao Pal\u00e1cio da Alvorada e ao Pal\u00e1cio do Jaburu, possa abrigar at\u00e9 27 mil moradores em 9 mil apartamentos.<\/p>\n

No Setor de M\u00faltiplas Atividades Sul (SMAS), o gabarito foi elevado de 12 para 15 metros, regularizando as caixas-d\u2019\u00e1gua dos pr\u00e9dios existentes.<\/p>\n
