Os parlamentares votar\u00e3o os destaques apresentados pelos partidos do PLP 108\/24, de autoria do Poder Executivo. <em>As informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.leg.br\/noticias\/1089607-camara-retoma-no-dia-26-votacao-do-segundo-projeto-da-reforma-tributaria\/\">Ag\u00eancia C\u00e2mara de Not\u00edcias<\/a> .<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>No 13\u00b0 dia deste m\u00eas, o Plen\u00e1rio aprovou o texto-base do relator Mauro Benevides Filho (PDT-CE), que tamb\u00e9m trata de temas sobre a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto sobre doa\u00e7\u00f5es e causa mortis (ITCMD), a \u201ctaxa\u00e7\u00e3o da heran\u00e7a\u201d. Entre as novidades, est\u00e1 presente a inclus\u00e3o dos planos previdenci\u00e1rios PGBL e VGBL na incid\u00eancia do imposto.<\/p>\n<p>A nova emenda que deve ser votada, do deputado Domingos Neto (PSD-CE) e apoiada pelo bloco Uni\u00e3o-PP, pretende retirar a incid\u00eancia do ITCMD sobre todos os planos de previd\u00eancia complementar, como VGBL e PGBL. Tamb\u00e9m pretendem retirar os atos societ\u00e1rios que resultem em benef\u00edcios desproporcionais para determinado s\u00f3cio ou acionista sem justificativa \u201cpass\u00edvel de comprova\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d quando beneficiar pessoas vinculadas.<\/p>\n<p>O ITCMD \u00e9 um imposto estadual que incide sobre doa\u00e7\u00f5es ou transmiss\u00e3o (heredit\u00e1ria ou por testamento) de bens e direitos. Hoje ele \u00e9 regulado por leis estaduais, com al\u00edquotas e regras diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>Outras emendas, como o imposto municipal cobrado na venda de im\u00f3veis (ITBI), a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS (CG-IBS), a taxa\u00e7\u00e3o de grandes fortunas e outras tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o ser votadas. Para ser inclu\u00edda no texto, uma emenda precisa do voto favor\u00e1vel de 257 deputados por se tratar de projeto de lei complementar.
