Foto: Emely Azevedo\/Procon<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 promovida pelo Setor de Superendividamento do Procon\/AC e est\u00e1 alinhada com a <span style=\"color: #008000\"><a style=\"color: #008000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2021\/lei\/l14181.htm\">Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.181\/2021<\/a> <\/span>(Lei do Superendividamento) e com a <span style=\"color: #008000\"><a style=\"color: #008000\" href=\"https:\/\/legis.ac.gov.br\/detalhar\/6431\">Lei Estadual n\u00ba 4.583<\/a><\/span>, que trata do combate ao superendividamento no Acre. Trata-se de uma das pautas priorit\u00e1rias do Procon\/AC, em conjunto com os Sistemas Nacional (SNDC) e Estadual (Sisdecon) de Defesa do Consumidor, para garantir equil\u00edbrio nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A presidente do Procon\/AC, Alana Albuquerque, destaca o papel do mutir\u00e3o como a\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica de cidadania:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/> <\/span> \u201cNossa miss\u00e3o vai al\u00e9m da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Queremos ajudar quem enfrenta dificuldades financeiras a reorganizar sua vida, recuperar a tranquilidade e voltar a consumir de forma consciente e segura\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Durante o mutir\u00e3o, os consumidores receber\u00e3o atendimentos individualizados, triagem financeira, orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre renegocia\u00e7\u00e3o direta com credores e materiais educativos sobre preven\u00e7\u00e3o ao endividamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Quem pode participar?<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o contempla <\/span>consumidores endividados<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, que possuem d\u00edvidas, mas ainda conseguem arcar com seus compromissos, e <\/span>consumidores superendividados<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, cuja renda j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente para manter o pagamento das d\u00edvidas sem comprometer despesas b\u00e1sicas, como alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, moradia e sa\u00fade.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Locais de atendimento:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o em Centros de Atendimento (OCAs) de <\/span>Rio Branco, Cruzeiro do Sul, Brasileia<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e <\/span>Xapuri;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Unidades regionais do Procon em <\/span>Rio Branco, Sena Madureira<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Brasileia, <\/span>Tarauac\u00e1 e Cruzeiro do Sul .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Documentos necess\u00e1rios:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">RG e CPF ou CNH;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Comprovantes atualizados de despesas mensais fixas (energia, \u00e1gua, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, aluguel, medicamentos etc.);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Comprovantes de renda familiar (c\u00f4njuge, filhos, se houver);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Extratos banc\u00e1rios dos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas meses;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Relat\u00f3rio de consigna\u00e7\u00f5es atualizado;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contratos e rela\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os credores, inclusive os n\u00e3o consignados;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Certid\u00f5es atualizadas de d\u00e9bitos no SPC e Serasa;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Consulta no Registrato (Banco Central).<\/span>Observa\u00e7\u00e3o: outros documentos poder\u00e3o ser solicitados, conforme a necessidade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>D\u00edvidas que n\u00e3o podem ser renegociadas:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tributos e impostos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pens\u00e3o aliment\u00edcia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cr\u00e9dito habitacional (ex: financiamento da casa pr\u00f3pria);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cr\u00e9dito rural;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Produtos ou servi\u00e7os de luxo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adiantamento de 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O Procon\/AC refor\u00e7a seu compromisso com um atendimento pr\u00f3ximo da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, garantindo informa\u00e7\u00e3o, seguran\u00e7a e justi\u00e7a nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo.
