Coordenado no Acre pela Secretaria de Estado de Sa\u00fade (Sesacre), o programa leva atendimento cl\u00ednico e multiprofissional diretamente ao domic\u00edlio, evitando interna\u00e7\u00f5es prolongadas e proporcionando mais conforto e qualidade de vida aos pacientes. Neste ano, 43 pacientes est\u00e3o sendo atendidos pelo programa em Rio Branco.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFazemos a ponte entre a aten\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica e a alta complexidade hospitalar, garantindo que os pacientes permane\u00e7am em casa com seguran\u00e7a, pr\u00f3ximos da fam\u00edlia e das pessoas que est\u00e3o sempre ao seu redor, recebendo os cuidados necess\u00e1rios\u201d, explica a gerente do programa, Maith\u00ea Leite.<\/p>\n<p>Voltado a pessoas em condi\u00e7\u00e3o cl\u00ednica est\u00e1vel, mas que necessitam de cuidados cont\u00ednuos, o Melhor em Casa oferece dois n\u00edveis de aten\u00e7\u00e3o. A Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Domiciliar Tipo 2 (AD2) \u00e9 destinada a pacientes com maior depend\u00eancia, que utilizam oxigenoterapia, traqueostomia, gastrostomia, curativos complexos ou necessitam de visitas mais frequentes.
