Ele tamb\u00e9m disse que os militares \u201cn\u00e3o honram a farda que vestem\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a defesa, o pastor usou \u201cpalavras fortes\u201d para criticar os generais de forma gen\u00e9rica, sem citar nominalmente Tom\u00e1s Paiva.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cReitere-se que n\u00e3o houve ofensas, mas sim cr\u00edticas. E as cr\u00edticas apresentadas pelo denunciado foram gen\u00e9ricas, n\u00e3o se voltando contra pessoas espec\u00edficas ou identificando quem quer que seja, e, obviamente, n\u00e3o tendo o intuito de desonrar a suposta v\u00edtima\u201d, argumentou a defesa.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Os advogados tamb\u00e9m acrescentaram que o pastor n\u00e3o pode ser julgado pelo STF porque n\u00e3o tem foro privilegiado. Al\u00e9m disso, a defesa disse que Malafaia se retratou das declara\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Com o recebimento da manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da defesa, o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator do caso,
