{"id":151649,"date":"2026-02-27T10:27:08","date_gmt":"2026-02-27T13:27:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fatosefotosnews.com.br\/?p=151649"},"modified":"2026-02-27T10:27:08","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T13:27:08","slug":"caso-marielle-e-anderson-stf-condena-irmaos-brazao-a-76-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fatosefotosnews.com.br\/?p=151649","title":{"rendered":"Caso Marielle e Anderson: STF condena irm\u00e3os Braz\u00e3o a 76 anos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foto: Valter Campanato<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Primeira Turma do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) definiu h\u00e1 pouco as penas dos condenados pela participa\u00e7\u00e3o no assassinato da vereadora\u00a0Marielle\u00a0Franco e do motorista Anderson Gomes, ocorrido em 2018, no Rio de Janeiro. \u00a0<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1679348&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1679348&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Domingos Braz\u00e3o, conselheiro do Tribunal de Contas do Rio de Janeiro (TCE-RJ), e Chiquinho Braz\u00e3o, ex-deputado federal, foram condenados a 76 anos e tr\u00eas meses <\/strong>pelos crimes de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, duplo homic\u00eddio e tentativa de homic\u00eddio contra Fernanda Chaves, assessora de Marielle, que sobreviveu ao atentado.<\/p>\n<p>Eles est\u00e3o presos preventivamente h\u00e1 dois anos e podem recorrer da condena\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rivaldo Barbosa, ex-chefe da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Rio de Janeiro, recebeu pena de 18 anos de pris\u00e3o pelos crimes de obstru\u00e7\u00e3o de Justi\u00e7a e corrup\u00e7\u00e3o. Apesar de ter sido denunciado pelos homic\u00eddios de Marielle e Anderson, Barbosa foi absolvido dessa acusa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ronald Alves de Paula, major da Policia Militar, recebeu pena de 56 anos de pris\u00e3o. Robson\u00a0Calixto, ex-policial militar, foi condenado a 9 anos.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Perda dos cargos<\/h2>\n<p>Pela decis\u00e3o, os acusados tamb\u00e9m devem perder os cargos p\u00fablicos ap\u00f3s o tr\u00e2nsito em julgado da condena\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, ap\u00f3s o fim da possibilidade de recursos.<\/p>\n<h2>Indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Todos dos condenados tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o pagar indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 7 milh\u00f5es por danos morais, sendo R$ 1 milh\u00e3o para Fernanda Chaves, R$ 3 milh\u00f5es aos familiares de Marielle e mais R$ 3 milh\u00f5es para
