A Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) denunciou, ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), o deputado estadual licenciado<\/a> Rodrigo Bacellar (Uni\u00e3o Brasil)\u00a0e o ex-deputado estadual Thiego Santos, conhecido como TH Joias,\u00a0pelo crime de obstru\u00e7\u00e3o de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m foram denunciados o desembargador Mac\u00e1rio Ramos J\u00fadice Neto, do Tribunal Regional Federal da Segunda Regi\u00e3o (TRF2), al\u00e9m de duas pessoas ligadas a TH Joias.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, eles teriam vazado informa\u00e7\u00f5es sigilosas sobre uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fico de armas e drogas para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa Comando Vermelho (CV).<\/strong><\/p>\n

O desembargador e TH Joias j\u00e1 est\u00e3o presos preventivamente por determina\u00e7\u00e3o do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator do caso, que tramita na Corte.\u00a0Atualmente, TH Joias est\u00e1 preso na Penitenci\u00e1ria Federal de Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n

Bacellar chegou a ser preso em dezembro do ano passado<\/a>, mas uma vota\u00e7\u00e3o da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj) determinou sua soltura. O deputado era presidente da Alerj e foi afastado do cargo, mas segue licenciado do mandato parlamentar e usa tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

A den\u00fancia da PGR foi baseada na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pela Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF).\u00a0Os investigadores apuraram que o deputado Rodrigo Bacelar foi informado antecipadamente sobre a opera\u00e7\u00e3o na qual TH Joias foi preso.<\/strong> Com acesso privilegiado \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o, TH conseguiu esconder provas que poderiam ser apreendidas.<\/p>\n

No decorrer da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a PF encontrou ind\u00edcios de que a fonte do vazamento tenha sido o desembargador Mac\u00e1rio Ramos.<\/p>\n

A defesa do deputado Rodrigo Bacellar disse ter recebido com surpresa a den\u00fancia e afirma que a PGR se baseou em “ila\u00e7\u00f5es e narrativas repetidamente refutadas”.<\/p>\n

“A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o se traduz numa infrut\u00edfera tentativa de esconder arbitrariedades da Pol\u00edcia Federal, j\u00e1 que nada\u00a0foi apurado que pudesse relacion\u00e1-lo aos fatos”, diz o texto, que argumenta que “medidas cautelares contra os verdadeiros respons\u00e1veis pelos vazamentos evidenciam a plena inoc\u00eancia e afastam o deputado Rodrigo Bacellar de qualquer conduta il\u00edcita”.<\/p>\n
