O magistrado entendeu que o recurso protocolado pela defesa do oficial, uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o pode usada para questionar o decreto de pris\u00e3o emitido pela Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u2018N\u00e3o houve nenhum provimento\u00a0emanado desta corte superior, no processo em tela, que pudesse vir a ser descumprido pelas inst\u00e2ncias ordin\u00e1rias. Tem-se, portanto, manifesta a aus\u00eancia de descumprimento de decis\u00e3o proferida pelo Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, o que inviabiliza, portanto, o conhecimento da presente reclama\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, justificou o ministro.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Na quarta-feira (18),<a href=\"http:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/geral\/noticia\/2026-03\/policia-civil-prende-pm-geraldo-leite-indiciado-por-feminicidio\"> Geraldo foi preso ap\u00f3s ser indiciado por feminic\u00eddio e fraude processual.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No m\u00eas passado, Gisele foi encontrada morta no apartamento em que o casal morava.
