A informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 do vice-presidente e ministro do Desenvolvimento, Ind\u00fastria, Com\u00e9rcio e Servi\u00e7os (MDIC), Geraldo Alckmin, em entrevista a jornalistas, nesta quinta-feira (2).<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1684686&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1684686&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Segundo ele, <strong>90% dos estados j\u00e1 aderiram \u00e0 subven\u00e7\u00e3o e\u00a0dois ou tr\u00eas ainda\u00a0avaliam a proposta e devem dar a resposta hoje ou amanh\u00e3 (3).\u00a0<\/strong>A medida busca conter a alta dos combust\u00edveis provocada pela guerra no Oriente M\u00e9dio.<\/p>\n<p>De car\u00e1ter tempor\u00e1rio e excepcional,<strong> a proposta prev\u00ea um <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2026-03\/governo-propoe-subsidio-de-r-120-ao-diesel-apos-impasse-do-icms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">subs\u00eddio total de R$ 1,20 por litro de diesel importado por dois meses<\/a><\/strong>. Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda, o impacto fiscal total \u00e9 estimado em\u00a0R$ 3 bilh\u00f5es, R$ 1,5 bilh\u00e3o por m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O custo ser\u00e1 dividido igualmente entre o governo federal e os estados<\/strong>, com R$ 0,60 arcado\u00a0pela Uni\u00e3o e R$ 0,60, pelas unidades da federa\u00e7\u00e3o. A equipe econ\u00f4mica apresentou a proposta aos estados ap\u00f3s resist\u00eancia dos governadores em zerar o ICMS sobre a importa\u00e7\u00e3o do combust\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>A nova ajuda se soma a <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2026-03\/lula-zera-imposto-e-subsidia-diesel-para-conter-alta-do-petroleo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">outras medidas<\/a>anunciadas pelo governo no \u00faltimo dia 12: o subs\u00eddio de R$ 0,32 por litro a produtores e importadores e o corte no PIS e Confins sobre a importa\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o do diesel.<\/p>\n<p>Com o PIS e Cofins zerado para o diesel, o governo espera perder R$ 20 bilh\u00f5es em arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 a subven\u00e7\u00e3o ao diesel deve ter um impacto de R$ 10 bilh\u00f5es no caixa da Uni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Alckmin reuniu a imprensa para apresentar um balan\u00e7o da sua gest\u00e3o \u00e0 frete do MDIC. Ele vai <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/politica\/noticia\/2026-03\/lula-se-despede-de-ministros-e-confirma-alckmin-como-vice-em-chapa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">disputar a reelei\u00e7\u00e3o para a Vice-Presid\u00eancia<\/a>em outubro, na chapa encabe\u00e7ada pelo presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva.
