O Pr\u00eamio Fundo Amaz\u00f4nia-Conhecer e Reconhecer vai selecionar iniciativas lideradas por povos ind\u00edgenas, quilombolas e demais comunidades tradicionais que protejam os territ\u00f3rios e a floresta na Amaz\u00f4nia Legal.\u00a0<\/strong>O pr\u00eamio \u00e9 uma parceria do Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social (BNDES) e do Minist\u00e9rio do Meio Ambiente e Mudan\u00e7a do Clima (MMA).<\/p>\n

Cada iniciativa premiada receber\u00e1 R$ 50 mil. A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 selecionar 50, sendo 15 conduzidas por organiza\u00e7\u00f5es ind\u00edgenas, 15 por organiza\u00e7\u00f5es quilombolas e 20 por organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de outros segmentos tradicionais<\/strong>. No total, o investimento \u00e9 de R$ 2,5 milh\u00f5es.
\nA diretora Socioambiental do BNDES, Tereza Campello, v\u00ea o pr\u00eamio como uma nova etapa na atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Fundo Amaz\u00f4nia.<\/p>\n

\u201cDesde 2023, o fundo ampliou sua presen\u00e7a nos territ\u00f3rios e passa agora a apoiar diretamente iniciativas de povos ind\u00edgenas, quilombolas e comunidades tradicionais, que j\u00e1 desempenham papel central na prote\u00e7\u00e3o da floresta\u201d, disse a diretora.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cO pr\u00eamio reconhece e fortalece esses que s\u00e3o os principais guardi\u00f5es da Amaz\u00f4nia.\u201d<\/p>\n

A diretora da Secretaria Nacional de Povos e Comunidades Tradicionais e Desenvolvimento Rural Sustent\u00e1vel (SNPCT), Claudia Regina Sala de Pinho, diz que o pr\u00eamio valoriza a diversidade dos povos da Amaz\u00f4nia.<\/p>\n

\u201cAo reconhecer esses sujeitos, evidencia modos de vida fundamentados no bem-estar coletivo, na rela\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada com a natureza e no desenvolvimento de tecnologias ancestrais, historicamente constru\u00eddas e essenciais para a prote\u00e7\u00e3o do bioma amaz\u00f4nico\u201d, disse Claudia.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cMais do que um reconhecimento simb\u00f3lico, a iniciativa fortalece a visibilidade e reafirma o papel estrat\u00e9gico desses povos como verdadeiros guardi\u00f5es da sociobiodiversidade e detentores de direitos\u201d, completou.<\/p>\n

O coordenador-geral da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Ind\u00edgenas da Amaz\u00f4nia Brasileira (Coiab), Toya Manchineri, destacou o papel dos povos tradicionais na prote\u00e7\u00e3o da biodiversidade.<\/p>\n

\u201cTemos in\u00fameras iniciativas de monitoramento, preserva\u00e7\u00e3o, restaura\u00e7\u00e3o, manejo e planos de vida em nossas terras ind\u00edgenas, que garantem n\u00e3o s\u00f3 a vida dos povos origin\u00e1rios, mas de toda a humanidade que precisa da Amaz\u00f4nia em p\u00e9 como regulador clim\u00e1tico e garantia do futuro\u201d, disse Toya.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Inscri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n

As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o abertas at\u00e9 o dia\u00a06 de julho de 2026<\/strong>\u00a0e dever\u00e3o ser realizadas por meio de edital p\u00fablico, com orienta\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis nos canais oficiais do\u00a0Fundo Amaz\u00f4nia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Para concorrer ao pr\u00eamio,\u00a0s\u00e3o aceitos diferentes formatos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, desde que sejam experi\u00eancias j\u00e1 realizadas, com resultados concretos no territ\u00f3rio.\u00a0<\/strong>As iniciativas devem apresentar uma base territorial identific\u00e1vel, que permita compreender a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos territ\u00f3rios e da floresta.<\/p>\n

Nesse sentido, ser\u00e3o consideradas iniciativas de vigil\u00e2ncia e monitoramento territorial e ambiental, restaura\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da biodiversidade, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o social, forma\u00e7\u00e3o e pr\u00e1ticas culturais voltadas \u00e0 gest\u00e3o territorial, adapta\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica e seguran\u00e7a alimentar, manejo integrado do fogo e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandios florestais, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de instrumentos de gest\u00e3o territorial e ambiental, al\u00e9m de a\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O processo de sele\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 duas etapas.\u00a0<\/strong>A primeira ser\u00e1 feita pelo BNDES, que verificar\u00e1 as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a anu\u00eancia coletiva e a regularidade das propostas. Na sequ\u00eancia, as iniciativas passar\u00e3o por uma etapa de an\u00e1lise qualitativa, liderada por tr\u00eas comiss\u00f5es de sele\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 \u2013 uma para cada categoria (ind\u00edgena, quilombola e demais povos e comunidades tradicionais).<\/p>\n

Participam dessas comiss\u00f5es a Coiab, a Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Articula\u00e7\u00e3o das Comunidades Negras Rurais Quilombolas (Conaq), a Rede de Povos e Comunidades Tradicionais (Rede PCTs), al\u00e9m de representantes do governo federal (Minist\u00e9rio dos Povos Ind\u00edgenas, Minist\u00e9rio do Meio Ambiente e Mudan\u00e7a do Clima, e Minist\u00e9rio da Igualdade Racial) e dos estados da Amaz\u00f4nia Legal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
