Os ministros Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a e Luiz Fux, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), votaram nesta quarta-feira (22) por manter a pris\u00e3o do ex-presidente do Banco Regional de Bras\u00edlia (BRB)\u00a0Paulo Henrique Costa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A vota\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre em sess\u00e3o virtual da Segunda Turma e ficar\u00e1 aberta at\u00e9 as 23h59 da pr\u00f3xima sexta-feira (24). Al\u00e9m de Mendon\u00e7a e Fux, o colegiado \u00e9 integrado pelos ministros Dias Toffoli, Gilmar Mendes e Nunes Marques.<\/p>\n

Na semana passada, a Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) deflagrou a quarta fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Compliance Zero, que investiga fraudes no Banco Master e a tentativa de compra da institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira pelo BRB, banco p\u00fablico controlado pelo governo do Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, Paulo Henrique Costa teria combinado com o banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro o recebimento de R$ 146,5 milh\u00f5es em propina. O valor seria repassado por meio de im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n
