Apesar do aumento, as mulheres continuam recebendo, em m\u00e9dia, sal\u00e1rio 21,3% menor do que os homens nas empresas privadas com pelo menos 100 empregados.<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1687415&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1687415&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Esta \u00e9 uma das conclus\u00f5es do 5\u00ba Relat\u00f3rio de Transpar\u00eancia Salarial e de Crit\u00e9rios Remunerat\u00f3rios, divulgado nesta segunda-feira (27) pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE).<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o levantamento,\u00a0<strong>a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres no mercado de trabalho passou de 7,2 milh\u00f5es para 8 milh\u00f5es de trabalhadoras, o que corresponde a um acr\u00e9scimo de cerca de 800 mil postos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O avan\u00e7o foi ainda mais expressivo entre mulheres negras (pretas e pardas), cujo n\u00famero de ocupadas aumentou 29%, de 3,2 milh\u00f5es para 4,2 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>Desigualdade salarial<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Apesar do aumento do emprego, a desigualdade salarial entre homens e mulheres praticamente n\u00e3o se alterou em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao relat\u00f3rio anterior.<\/strong>\u00a0Em 2023, as mulheres recebiam 20,7% menos que os homens; agora, a diferen\u00e7a passou para 21,3%.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 no sal\u00e1rio mediano de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, a diferen\u00e7a subiu de 13,7% para 14,3%, varia\u00e7\u00e3o considerada estatisticamente est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio se baseia em dados da Rela\u00e7\u00e3o Anual de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Sociais (Rais) e re\u00fane dados\u00a0de cerca de 53,5 mil estabelecimentos com 100 ou mais empregados.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o levantamento, o sal\u00e1rio m\u00e9dio no pa\u00eds, que re\u00fane todos os sal\u00e1rios e divide pelo n\u00famero de trabalhadores,\u00a0\u00e9 de R$ 4.594,89. J\u00e1 o sal\u00e1rio contratual mediano, que fica no meio da escala que considera desde o sal\u00e1rio mais baixo at\u00e9 o mais alto,\u00a0\u00e9 de R$ 2.295,36.<\/p>\n<h2>Massa de rendimentos<\/h2>\n<p><strong>A participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres na massa de rendimentos tamb\u00e9m avan\u00e7ou, passando de 33,7% para 35,2%.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Ainda assim, o percentual segue abaixo da presen\u00e7a feminina no emprego, que \u00e9 de 41,4%.\u00a0<\/strong>Para alcan\u00e7ar esse patamar, seria necess\u00e1rio um acr\u00e9scimo de R$ 95,5 bilh\u00f5es nos rendimentos das trabalhadoras.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAumentar a massa em 10,6% teria impacto no consumo das fam\u00edlias e diminuiria a diferen\u00e7a de rendimentos entre homens e mulheres, mas isso representa custo para as empresas, o que as torna mais resistentes a promover essas mudan\u00e7as\u201d, informou, por meio de nota, a Subsecretaria de Estat\u00edstica e Estudos do Trabalho do MTE.<\/p>\n<p>O levantamento tamb\u00e9m aponta avan\u00e7os nas pol\u00edticas internas das empresas, como amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de jornada flex\u00edvel, aux\u00edlio-creche, licen\u00e7as parentais estendidas e planos de cargos e sal\u00e1rios. Cresceu ainda o n\u00famero de estabelecimentos com menor desigualdade salarial.<\/p>\n<h2>Diferen\u00e7as regionais<\/h2>\n<p>Por outro lado, persistem diferen\u00e7as regionais. Os estados com menor desigualdade s\u00e3o Acre (91,9%), Piau\u00ed (92,1%), Distrito Federal (91,2%), Cear\u00e1 (90,5%), Pernambuco (89,3%), Alagoas (88,8%) e Amap\u00e1 (86,9%).<\/p>\n<p>Os com maior desigualdade salarial s\u00e3o Esp\u00edrito Santo (70,7%), Rio de Janeiro (71,2%) e Paran\u00e1 (71,3%).<\/p>\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio integra a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 14.611\/2023, que estabelece a transpar\u00eancia salarial como instrumento para promover a igualdade de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o entre homens e mulheres.<\/p>\n<p>A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o estabelece a obrigatoriedade da transpar\u00eancia salarial em empresas com 100 ou mais empregados e prev\u00ea medidas para combater a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e ampliar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina no mercado de trabalho.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina no mercado de trabalho aumentou 11%, com amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das oportunidades para mulheres negras e pardas.
