Ele est\u00e1 preso no pres\u00eddio da Papuda, em Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>Em nota \u00e0 imprensa, Arag\u00e3o declarou que \u201csomente participa de iniciativas jur\u00eddicas pautadas pela absoluta seriedade, confian\u00e7a profissional e responsabilidade\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O advogado n\u00e3o informou o fato concreto que o levou a deixar a defesa do ex-presidente.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEventual colabora\u00e7\u00e3o premiada apenas seria considerada diante da exist\u00eancia de provas consistentes e inequ\u00edvocas, sempre com respeito \u00e0 legalidade, \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es e \u00e0 reputa\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas envolvidas\u201d, afirmou.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>No dia 16 de abril, Paulo\u00a0Henrique\u00a0Costa\u00a0foi preso durante a quarta\u00a0fase da<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-05\/master-operacao-da-pf-contra-fraude-bilionaria-completa-seis-meses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Compliance Zero<\/a>, da PF, que investiga fraudes no Banco Master e tentativa de compra da institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira pelo BRB, banco p\u00fablico ligado ao governo do\u00a0Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, Costa\u00a0teria combinado com o banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro o recebimento de R$ 146,5 milh\u00f5es em propina.<\/strong>\u00a0O valor seria repassado por meio de im\u00f3veis.
