Ambos tamb\u00e9m tiveram quebrados os sigilos banc\u00e1rio, fiscal e telem\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 imprensa local, que se aglomerou em frente a sua resid\u00eancia, o deputado Faissal Calil declarou ter entregue seu celular e senha para a PF e negou qualquer envolvimento com esquema de venda de senten\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ex-servidor da Justi\u00e7a matogrossense, tendo trabalhado no gabinete do desembargador Dirceu dos Santos, o parlamentar negou manter contato com o magistrado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDesde que virei deputado, que sa\u00ed do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, perdi todo o meu contato\u201d, afirmou aos jornalistas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A&nbsp;<strong>Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/strong>&nbsp;tenta contato com o desembargador e com o advogado Bruno Castro, apontado como intermedi\u00e1rio. O TJMT ainda n\u00e3o se manifestou sobre as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CNJ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dirceu dos Santos j\u00e1 tem contra ele um processo no Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ), que o afastou das fun\u00e7\u00f5es no in\u00edcio de mar\u00e7o, em meio \u00e0 apura\u00e7\u00e3o de movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras acima do compat\u00edvel com o sal\u00e1rio de juiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De acordo quebras de sigilo banc\u00e1rio e fiscal j\u00e1 promovidas pelo CNJ, o magistrado movimentou nos \u00faltimos cinco anos mais de mais de R$ 14,6 milh\u00f5es. No mesmo per\u00edodo, ele teve rendimentos oficiais de R$ 1,9 milh\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo o \u00f3rg\u00e3o de controle da Justi\u00e7a,&nbsp;<strong>\u201cforam identificados ind\u00edcios de que o magistrado requerido proferiu decis\u00f5es mediante o poss\u00edvel recebimento de vantagens indevidas, realizando a intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o de atos decis\u00f3rios por interm\u00e9dio de terceiros, empres\u00e1rios e advogados\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O afastamento cautelar do desembargador n\u00e3o tem prazo determinado e deve perdurar ao menos at\u00e9 o fim das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
