Ele&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/politica\/noticia\/2026-03\/bolsonaro-recebe-alta-e-chega-em-casa-para-cumprir-prisao-domiciliar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cumpre pris\u00e3o domiciliar<\/a>&nbsp;tempor\u00e1ria desde o dia 27 de mar\u00e7o deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gonet citou a decis\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Distrito Federal, que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-07\/policia-civil-do-df-nao-indicia-bolsonaro-no-caso-de-arma-apreendida\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">n\u00e3o indiciou Bolsonaro<\/a>, e disse que o ex-presidente deve continuar na pris\u00e3o domiciliar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;A conclus\u00e3o da autoridade policial, no que se refere a Jair Bolsonaro, tem, efetivamente, bom suporte nas circunst\u00e2ncias apuradas do epis\u00f3dio. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 imputar ao sentenciado falta disciplinar que&nbsp;impacte negativamente sobre o atual regime em que cumpre pena&#8221;, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobre a arma atribu\u00edda ao ex-presidente,&nbsp;<strong>o procurador disse que o armamento deve continuar apreendido<\/strong>. &#8220;\u00c9 certo que a condi\u00e7\u00e3o atual do custodiado \u00e9 incompat\u00edvel com a posse de arma de fogo&#8221;, avaliou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais cedo, o delegado Thiago Boeing, da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Distrito Federal, decidiu n\u00e3o indiciar Bolsonaro.<strong>&nbsp;No entendimento do delegado, a arma pertence ao ex-presidente e est\u00e1 legalizada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boeing tamb\u00e9m ressaltou que o ex-presidente n\u00e3o estava proibido de ter o armamento em sua resid\u00eancia, onde cumpre pris\u00e3o domiciliar pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o no processo da trama golpista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contudo, Boeing entendeu que Est\u00e1cio Leite, seguran\u00e7a do ex-presidente, deve responder pelo crime de porte ilegal de arma de fogo de uso restrito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No m\u00eas passado, o militar do Ex\u00e9rcito foi parado em uma&nbsp;<em>blitz<\/em>, em Bras\u00edlia, com uma arma do ex-presidente. Segundo o militar, o armamento seria levado para conserto.
