Por esse motivo, o ministro resolveu ele pr\u00f3prio marcar o procedimento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No in\u00edcio do m\u00eas,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-07\/moraes-da-10-dias-para-pf-ouvir-flavio-em-caso-de-calunia-contra-lula\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Moraes havia aberto prazo de 10 dias<\/a>&nbsp;para que o ato fosse realizado, mas a defesa do senador pediu, em seguida, por mais tempo, alegando ser invi\u00e1vel compatibilizar a agenda de Fl\u00e1vio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cImp\u00f5e-se, portanto, a designa\u00e7\u00e3o do ato por este Ju\u00edzo, a fim de assegurar o regular prosseguimento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, escreveu o ministro na decis\u00e3o desta sexta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entenda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O caso tem origem em uma postagem feita por Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro na rede social X, em que o senador fez uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o entre Lula e o ex-presidente da Venezuela Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, que na \u00e9poca havia acabado de ser preso por for\u00e7as dos Estados Unidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Na publica\u00e7\u00e3o, Fl\u00e1vio afirmou que Lula seria \u201cdelatado\u201d por crimes como tr\u00e1fico de drogas, apoio a terroristas, fraude eleitoral e lavagem de dinheiro.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Em relat\u00f3rio enviado ao Supremo no m\u00eas passado, a PF concluiu haver \u201cind\u00edcios concretos\u201d de que Fl\u00e1vio praticou cal\u00fania contra Lula em decorr\u00eancia de postagens feitas 3 de janeiro.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em parecer, o procurador-geral da Rep\u00fablica, Paulo Gonet, afirmou ser de \u201cespecial relev\u00e2ncia\u201d que Fl\u00e1vio seja ouvido antes que eventual den\u00fancia possa ou n\u00e3o ser
