A Justi\u00e7a do Rio<\/a> manteve a condena\u00e7\u00e3o de Fl\u00e1vio Lima de Mello e de Pablo Francisco da Silva pelo latroc\u00ednio do publicit\u00e1rio, empres\u00e1rio e m\u00fasico S\u00e9rgio Jos\u00e9 Coutinho Stamile, morto em agosto de 2021 no Parque Garota de Ipanema, no Arpoador, zona sul do Rio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A desembargadora Maria Ang\u00e9lica Guerra Guedes, do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), negou seguimento ao recurso especial apresentado por Fl\u00e1vio ao Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ)<\/a> e manteve a condena\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fl\u00e1vio permanece condenado a 23 anos e 4 meses de pris\u00e3o. J\u00e1 Pablo teve o recurso parcialmente provido apenas para reduzir a pena de 27 anos, 2 meses e 20 dias para 26 anos e 3 meses de reclus\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m em regime fechado.
De acordo com a den\u00fancia, os dois imobilizaram e asfixiaram o m\u00fasico S\u00e9rgio Stamile durante luta corporal e, em seguida, fugiram levando os pertences da v\u00edtima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conhecido como “Pirata do Arpoador”, o m\u00fasico, costumava frequentar sempre sozinho o local para meditar. Nesse dia do crime, ele foi para o Parque Garota de Ipanema \u00e0 noite para meditar, e o parque estava praticamente deserto.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
