Ficaram vencidos os ministros Luiz Fux, Nunes Marques e Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a, que votaram pela absolvi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Desde fevereiro de 2025, Eduardo Bolsonaro encontra-se nos Estados Unidos, para onde diz ter ido para se proteger do que chama\u00a0de \u201cpersegui\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d jur\u00eddica no Brasil.<\/strong> O ex-deputado teve concedido um greencard (permiss\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia) pelo governo norte-americano.
