A Advocacia-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (AGU) pediu nesta segunda-feira (28) ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) prazo de 72 horas para apresentar manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o nas a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> nas quais o setor de bets defende a retomada das apostas on-line.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Segundo a AGU, o prazo \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio para que os \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais envolvidos na regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do setor sejam ouvidos.<\/p>\n

Mais cedo, a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Jogos e Loterias (ANJL) e Instituto Brasileiro de Jogo Respons\u00e1vel (IBJR) pediram a derrubada da medida provis\u00f3ria<\/a> que proibiu a explora\u00e7\u00e3o e publicidade dos jogos on-line.<\/p>\n

As peti\u00e7\u00f5es foram protocoladas nos processos sobre o tema que est\u00e3o sob a relatoria do ministro Luiz Fux.<\/p>\n

No mesmo processo, Fux j\u00e1 determinou medidas para impedir que benefici\u00e1rios de programas sociais fa\u00e7am apostas em sites de bets.<\/p>\n

Proibi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

De acordo com as regras estabelecidas pela MP<\/a>, as plataformas t\u00eam at\u00e9 o dia 5 de outubro para pagar o saldo remanescente aos apostadores.<\/p>\n
