{"id":158910,"date":"2026-10-07T21:12:25","date_gmt":"2026-10-08T00:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fatosefotosnews.com.br\/?p=158910"},"modified":"2026-10-07T21:12:25","modified_gmt":"2026-10-08T00:12:25","slug":"pcce-indicia-namorado-de-isabelle-caracristi-por-violencia-psicologica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fatosefotosnews.com.br\/?p=158910","title":{"rendered":"PCCE indicia namorado de Isabelle Caracristi por viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foto: Isabelle Caracristi\/Instagram<\/p>\n<div class=\"conteudo-noticia\">\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Cear\u00e1 (PCCE) indiciou Jo\u00e3o Munhoz Neto, de 34 anos, por\u00a0viol\u00eancia psicol\u00f3gica\u00a0contra a namorada, a estudante\u00a0Isabelle Caracristi, de 22 anos, e por fraude processual contra as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a morte dela.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1704712&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1704712&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram divulgadas pela corpora\u00e7\u00e3o nesta quarta-feira (7), com a conclus\u00e3o do inqu\u00e9rito sobre o caso.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/direitos-humanos\/noticia\/2026-09\/mae-pede-justica-por-jovem-encontrada-morta-em-condominio-no-ceara\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A universit\u00e1ria foi encontrada morta no \u00faltimo dia 13 de setembro<\/a>, no p\u00e1tio de um edif\u00edcio residencial\u00a0onde morava com o namorado e familiares dele, no bairro Aldeota, em Fortaleza.<\/p>\n<p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apontou que a causa da morte foi &#8220;uma precipita\u00e7\u00e3o volunt\u00e1ria da estudante&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A pol\u00edcia e a Per\u00edcia Forense do Estado do Cear\u00e1 (Pefoce) produziram\u00a017 laudos periciais, al\u00e9m de oitivas e provas. No total, foram colhidos os depoimentos de 29 pessoas, entre familiares, amigos e colegas de trabalho do casal, al\u00e9m de moradores e funcion\u00e1rios do pr\u00e9dio onde Isabelle morreu. O procedimento foi remetido ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio em 30 de setembro.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/direitos-humanos\/noticia\/2026-09\/policia-do-ceara-prende-joao-munhoz-namorado-de-isabelle-caracristi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a PCCE cumpriu, em 22 de setembro, um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra o namorado da estudante<\/a>, com a finalidade de garantir a instru\u00e7\u00e3o criminal. Jo\u00e3o Munhoz foi preso em Fortaleza. Al\u00e9m disso, celulares e dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos foram apreendidos e analisados.<\/p>\n<p>Entre os\u00a0laudos periciais produzidos pela Pefoce est\u00e3o\u00a0necropsia, toxicol\u00f3gico, local de crime, laudo de DNA, papiloscopia, laudo de an\u00e1lise de \u00e1udio e de v\u00eddeo em c\u00e2meras e dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>A per\u00edcia informou que foram analisados cerca de 700 v\u00eddeos de imagens de c\u00e2meras colhidas durante o processo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, da \u00e1rea externa do condom\u00ednio, al\u00e9m de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es no apartamento onde Isabelle morava.
