A pena imputada pela justi\u00e7a italiana foi de nove anos de pris\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na decis\u00e3o, o ministro, que \u00e9 relator do caso, concedeu prazo de 15 dias para que a defesa do ex-atleta apresente contesta\u00e7\u00e3o ao pedido de cumprimento de pena feito pelo governo italiano.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em outro trecho do despacho, Francisco Falc\u00e3o negou solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da defesa para que a It\u00e1lia fosse intimada a fornecer c\u00f3pia integral traduzida do processo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O ministro tamb\u00e9m autorizou a&nbsp;Uni\u00e3o Brasileira de Mulheres a participar do processo para acompanhar o andamento do caso e se manifestar sobre o assunto no STJ.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No pedido de homologa\u00e7\u00e3o de senten\u00e7a, a It\u00e1lia havia solicitado a extradi\u00e7\u00e3o de Robinho. A Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira, contudo, n\u00e3o prev\u00ea a possibilidade de extradi\u00e7\u00e3o de cidad\u00e3os natos. Por esse motivo, o pa\u00eds europeu decidiu requerer a transfer\u00eancia da senten\u00e7a do ex-jogador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dessa forma, o tribunal vai analisar se a
