O prefeito Ricardo Nunes tamb\u00e9m decretou ponto facultativo nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os essenciais como funer\u00e1rio, unidades de atendimento das secretarias de Sa\u00fade e Assist\u00eancia Social, toda a rede municipal de ensino e a seguran\u00e7a urbana.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nesta manh\u00e3, o congestionamento chega a 405 quil\u00f4metros (km) na capital paulista.
