O ministro do Trabalho e Emprego, Luiz Marinho, disse que encaminhar\u00e1 at\u00e9 maio ao Legislativo a proposta que estabelece em R$1.320 o novo sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo. Segundo ele, o governo encaminhar\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m a nova pol\u00edtica de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o permanente do sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o ministro, os par\u00e2metros dessa pol\u00edtica est\u00e3o sendo estudado pelo governo em um grupo que conta com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das centrais sindicais. A expectativa \u00e9 de que a proposta seja apresentada ao presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva quando ele retornar da viagem que faz \u00e0 China<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As afirma\u00e7\u00f5es foram feitas nesta quarta-feira na Comiss\u00e3o de Trabalho da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados. Segundo Marinho, a pol\u00edtica de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo dos primeiros governos Lula e do governo Dilma Rousseff impactou positivamente na distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de renda, sem elevar a infla\u00e7\u00e3o, o desemprego e a informalidade.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos estudando quanto tempo vamos propor, se \u00e9 por 20 anos, se por 30, por 15 anos, e evidentemente a cada novo PPA [Plano Plurianual] poder\u00e1 ser feita a revis\u00e3o da efici\u00eancia da pol\u00edtica estabelecida\u201d, disse o ministro.<\/p>\n

Jornada de Trabalho<\/h2>\n

O ministro defendeu a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do debate sobre a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada de trabalho, levando em conta a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade e a melhoria da qualidade de vida das pessoas.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cO Chile acaba de reduzir a jornada semanal para 40 horas em todo o pa\u00eds. Talvez esteja a\u00ed um farol tamb\u00e9m para a gente discutir jornada de trabalho no Brasil\u201d, disse o ministro.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cSei que nem sempre o mundo empregador gosta de falar de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de jornada de trabalho, mas precisamos ter a sensibilidade necess\u00e1ria para ir adequando a jornada de trabalho, frente \u00e0s necessidades da sociedade e frente a necessidade de melhorar a qualidade de vida e encarar as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es radicais que acontecem no mercado de trabalho e na evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade\u201d, acrescentou.<\/p>\n

Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista<\/h2>\n

O ministro informou que um grupo tripartite formado por representantes de empresas, empregados e governo est\u00e1 sendo formado para eventuais revis\u00f5es de pontos da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista e das estruturas sindicais.<\/p>\n

\u201cA Lei de Terceiriza\u00e7\u00e3o hoje \u00e9 irm\u00e3 g\u00eamea do trabalho escravo. Criou a possibilidade de que pode tudo e vale tudo\u201d, argumentou ao sustentar que, no atual formato, terceiriza\u00e7\u00e3o representa \u201cperversidade, desregula\u00e7\u00e3o e incentivo ao trabalho informal\u201d.<\/p>\n

FGTS<\/h2>\n

Marinho fez cr\u00edticas \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o do saque-anivers\u00e1rio do FGTS, implementada pelo governo anterior, de forma a permitir que cada pessoa realize um saque anual de suas contas. Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do ministro, esse saque enfraquece o pr\u00f3prio fundo \u201cpara responder a uma das suas miss\u00f5es, que \u00e9 o financiamento de habita\u00e7\u00e3o e saneamento\u201d.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, esse saque \u201ccriou a possibilidade da farra do sistema financeiro com o fundo de garantia\u201d. \u201cHoje, dos R$ 504 bilh\u00f5es depositados na conta-corrente dos correntistas do fundo de garantia, j\u00e1 temos quase R$ 100 bilh\u00f5es alienados pelos bancos em empr\u00e9stimos consignados, a partir do formato do saque-anivers\u00e1rio\u201d, argumentou.<\/p>\n
