Os recursos arrecadados ser\u00e3o destinados \u00e0 compra de im\u00f3veis necess\u00e1rios para o atingimento dos objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos da estatal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00e3o ser\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos nessa lista os im\u00f3veis hist\u00f3ricos e de valor simb\u00f3lico para a empresa. Nesses casos, os Correios estudam a possibilidade de concess\u00e3o para \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos, em que o im\u00f3vel \u00e9 reformado e recuperado por um parceiro que passa a utilizar o pr\u00e9dio para a oferta de servi\u00e7os que beneficiem a popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, dizem os Correios em nota.<\/p>\n<p>Entre os pr\u00e9dios que foram abandonados est\u00e3o o pr\u00e9dio hist\u00f3rico da empresa em S\u00e3o Paulo e o im\u00f3vel da Universidade Corporativa dos Correios em Bras\u00edlia. &#8220;Em todos os casos, nosso foco ser\u00e1 sempre o benef\u00edcio das brasileiras e dos brasileiros&#8221;, afirmou o presidente dos Correios, Fabiano Silva dos Santos.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es da prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo, a gest\u00e3o municipal e os Correios acertaram o modelo de concess\u00e3o pelo per\u00edodo de 100 anos para uso do pr\u00e9dio hist\u00f3rico entre ap\u00f3s tentativas da administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal pela compra do im\u00f3vel.
