A Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) cumpriu dez mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva nas cidades de Ubatuba e Cruzeiro, em S\u00e3o Paulo. A a\u00e7\u00e3o integra a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Puruba, deflagrada nesta quarta-feira (17), para apura\u00e7\u00e3o de crimes ambientais.<\/p>\n

Os investigados, segundo informou a PF, invadem \u00e1reas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente na Praia da Puruba, desmatam e cercam o terreno, seguindo com constru\u00e7\u00f5es de im\u00f3veis e posterior revenda para terceiras pessoas. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o abrange ocorr\u00eancias na Praia da Puruba, em Ubatuba, e terrenos de Marinha na regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Os crimes a serem apurados incluem destrui\u00e7\u00e3o e danifica\u00e7\u00e3o de floresta considerada de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente, parcelamentos irregulares do solo e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p>\n

\u201cUm dos investigados tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 suspeito de pr\u00e1ticas violentas contra moradores da localidade que se insurgiram contra suas amea\u00e7as, inclusive havendo fortes suspeitas de portar arma de fogo ilegalmente, motivo pelo qual foi determinada sua pris\u00e3o preventiva por parte do Poder Judici\u00e1rio de Caraguatatuba\/SP\u201d, informou a PF.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s as dilig\u00eancias desta quarta-feira, a PF informou que ser\u00e3o colhidos depoimentos dos investigados e o processo investigat\u00f3rio criminal ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio Federal e ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal para an\u00e1lise.<\/p>\n
