ter\u00e7a-feira (30) o texto-base do Projeto de Lei 490\/07, que trata do marco temporal na demarca\u00e7\u00e3o de terras ind\u00edgenas.<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 1px; height: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1536200&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 1px; height: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1536200&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara, a proposta segue para vota\u00e7\u00e3o pelos senadores.<\/p>\n<p>Neste momento, os deputados analisam destaques apresentados por partidos\u00a0que pedem mudan\u00e7as no texto.<\/p>\n<p>O substitutivo do relator, deputado Arthur Maia (Uni\u00e3o-BA), prev\u00ea que a demarca\u00e7\u00e3o de terras ind\u00edgenas valer\u00e1 somente para as que eram ocupadas por povos tradicionais em 5 de outubro de 1988, data da promulga\u00e7\u00e3o da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme o texto aprovado, \u00e9 preciso confirmar que as terras ocupadas tradicionalmente eram, ao mesmo tempo, habitadas em car\u00e1ter permanente, usadas para atividades produtivas e necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 preserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos ambientais e \u00e0 reproduc\u0327a\u0303o fi\u0301sica e cultural na data da promulga\u00e7\u00e3o da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Se a comunidade ind\u00edgena n\u00e3o estava em determinado territ\u00f3rio antes dessa data, independentemente do motivo, a \u00e1rea n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 reconhecida
