O presidente da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, Arthur Lira, disse que a Casa s\u00f3 deve votar a partir de 4 de julho o novo arcabou\u00e7o fiscal alterado pelo Senado, bem como o projeto que reformula o Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Recursos Fiscais (Carf). Apesar da concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de vota\u00e7\u00f5es, ele manteve a promessa de votar a reforma tribut\u00e1ria na primeira semana do pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas.<\/p>\n

O presidente da C\u00e2mara deu a declara\u00e7\u00e3o nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (20) ap\u00f3s se reunir com o ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad, na sede do minist\u00e9rio. Tamb\u00e9m participaram do encontro o ministro da Secretaria de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais, Alexandre Padilha, e o l\u00edder do governo na C\u00e2mara, deputado Jos\u00e9 Guimar\u00e3es (PT-CE).<\/p>\n

Segundo Lira, a ideia \u00e9 fazer um esfor\u00e7o concentrado na primeira semana de julho para votar os tr\u00eas temas. \u201cQueremos fazer uma semana intensiva. Discutiremos Carf, arcabou\u00e7o e reforma tribut\u00e1ria\u201d, declarou.<\/p>\n

Os tr\u00eas trataram com o ministro sobre as altera\u00e7\u00f5es no projeto novo arcabou\u00e7o fiscal, cujo relat\u00f3rio foi apresentado na Comiss\u00e3o de Assuntos Econ\u00f4micos (CAE) do Senado, com altera\u00e7\u00f5es em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao texto aprovado pelos deputados. O Senado pretende votar a proposta ainda nesta semana e remet\u00ea-la de volta \u00e0 C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n

Mudan\u00e7as<\/h3>\n

Al\u00e9m de mudan\u00e7as negociadas anteriormente, como a retirada de gastos do Fundo Constitucional do Distrito Federal (FCDF) e do Fundo de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica (Fundeb), o senador Omar Aziz (PSD-AM) excluiu do arcabou\u00e7o os gastos com ci\u00eancia e tecnologia.<\/p>\n

O presidente da C\u00e2mara evitou comentar sobre o arcabou\u00e7o fiscal, mas admitiu que o texto foi mais alterado em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao inicialmente informado. \u201cNa conversa que tive com o senador Omar Aziz, ele falou de uma ou duas. Hoje j\u00e1 se fala em mais. Ent\u00e3o, a gente tem de esperar. Vamos esperar a vota\u00e7\u00e3o [do arcabou\u00e7o] no Senado com naturalidade\u201d, declarou.<\/p>\n

Reforma tribut\u00e1ria<\/h3>\n

Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 reforma tribut\u00e1ria, Lira disse que o relat\u00f3rio do deputado Aguinaldo Ribeiro (PP-PB) est\u00e1 pronto e deve ser apresentado nesta quinta-feira (22), ap\u00f3s a reuni\u00e3o com governadores. <\/p>\n

\u201cComo convidamos governadores, seria deseleg\u00e2ncia liberar o texto hoje. A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do relat\u00f3rio fatalmente n\u00e3o passar\u00e1 de quinta-feira\u201d, justificou.<\/p>\n
