Paulo Bernardo, ex-marido da petista, era apontado como o respons\u00e1vel pela negocia\u00e7\u00e3o dos supostos pagamentos.<\/p>\n<p>A procuradoria-geral da Rep\u00fablica mudou o entendimento em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao processo e, desde mar\u00e7o, se posicionou a favor da rejei\u00e7\u00e3o das acusa\u00e7\u00f5es por &#8220;falta de causa justa&#8221;, sob o argumento de que a den\u00fancia estava fundamentada apenas no depoimento de delatores \u2014 n\u00e3o sendo comprovada por outros elementos.<\/p>\n<p>A mat\u00e9ria foi analisada pelo STF na noite de sexta-feira, no plen\u00e1rio virtual. Segundo o relator do caso, o ministro Luiz Edson Fachin, a den\u00fancia &#8220;sucumbe&#8221; ap\u00f3s o recuo da PGR.<\/p>\n<div>  <\/div>\n<p class=\"\">De acordo com a den\u00fancia inicial, uma suposta organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa criada por integrantes do PT teria arrecadado propina por meio da Petrobr\u00e1s, do BNDES e do Minist\u00e9rio do Planejamento. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">O caso ainda envolvia o presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, a ex-presidente Dilma Rousseff, os ex-ministros Ant\u00f4nio Palocci, Guido Mantega e outros dirigentes do PT.
