O senador Eduardo Braga (MDB-AM) ser\u00e1 o relator da reforma tribut\u00e1ria no Senado Federal. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi confirmada nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (11)\u00a0pelo presidente da Casa, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSDB-MG), ap\u00f3s reunir-se com o ministro da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad, e com a ministra do Planejamento e Or\u00e7amento, Simone Tebet.<\/p>\n

Segundo Pacheco, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 raz\u00f5es para fatiar o texto da reforma a ser apreciada pelo Senado. Ele disse ter a expectativa de aprovar a mat\u00e9ria \u201cnos pr\u00f3ximos meses\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ao deixar a resid\u00eancia oficial do senador, Haddad manifestou confian\u00e7a na aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, ainda este ano, tanto da reforma tribut\u00e1ria quanto\u00a0do projeto de lei que restaura o voto de desempate no Conselho Administrativo de Recursos Fiscais (Carf).<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos confiantes de que vamos aprovar as mat\u00e9rias vindas da C\u00e2mara, com a independ\u00eancia que o Senado tem, no sentido de aperfei\u00e7oar os textos. Muito confiantes de que promulgaremos uma reforma tribut\u00e1ria, depois de tantas d\u00e9cadas, \u00e0 altura dos desafios que est\u00e3o colocados para o Brasil\u201d, disse Haddad.<\/p>\n

Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao projeto sobre o Carf, o ministro classificado\u00a0o assunto como \u201cmat\u00e9ria sens\u00edvel\u201d. \u201cTivemos sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o importante do presidente do Senado, e estamos confiantes de que ela seja apreciada ainda em agosto. Isso vai pavimentar o caminho para que a ministra Simone Tebet possa elaborar uma pe\u00e7a or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, assumindo nela todos compromissos manifestados pelo presidente Lula\u201d, acrescentou.<\/p>\n

Haddad destacou como “compromissos mais importantes de Lula” a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o em um patamar m\u00ednimo de investimento; a recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o do piso constitucional da Sa\u00fade e da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o; e o resultado prim\u00e1rio almejado para o ano que vem.<\/p>\n
