A ideia \u00e9 que a proposta seja mais uma a contribuir no aumento das receitas a fim de cumprir a meta do novo arcabou\u00e7o fiscal de zerar o d\u00e9ficit p\u00fablico j\u00e1 em 2024. <\/p>\n<p>Haddad confirmou o envio da medida ap\u00f3s reuni\u00e3o com o presidente da C\u00e2mara, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), para &#8220;acertar a pauta do segundo semestre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tem um conjunto de medidas que v\u00e3o junto com o Or\u00e7amento e que n\u00e3o passam pelo Imposto de Renda de Pessoa F\u00edsica&#8221;, afirmou o ministro. Questionado sobre a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o dos fundos exclusivos, ele disse que a iniciativa est\u00e1 prevista e &#8220;deve ir como PL (projeto de lei)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Os fundos exclusivos de investimento s\u00e3o aqueles em que um n\u00famero reduzido de cotistas mant\u00eam valores expressivos em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es. Hoje, quem investe nesses fundos recolhe IR (Imposto de Renda) apenas no resgate dos recursos, o que pode levar anos.<\/p>\n<p>A sistem\u00e1tica \u00e9 diferente de outros fundos, que sofrem incid\u00eancia do chamado &#8220;come-cotas&#8221;, cobrado periodicamente sobre os rendimentos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Em 2017, o ex-presidente Michel Temer cogitou a possibilidade de taxar os fundos para super-ricos. Na \u00e9poca, a estimativa era arrecadar R$ 10,72 bilh\u00f5es com a cobran\u00e7a de 15% de IR sobre os rendimentos acumulados desde a cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos fundos. A proposta n\u00e3o avan\u00e7ou. <\/p>\n<div>  <\/div>\n<p class=\"\">Em entrevista \u00e0 colunista M\u00f4nica Bergamo, da Folha, Haddad sinalizou que poderia propor a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o dos fundos exclusivos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;E os fundos exclusivos, em que uma pessoa delega as cotas para os seus descendentes e n\u00e3o paga imposto de renda nunca? S\u00e3o coisas que chamam a aten\u00e7\u00e3o do mundo sobre o Brasil. O trabalhador hoje est\u00e1 isento [de imposto de renda], gra\u00e7as ao presidente Lula, at\u00e9 R$ 2.640. Voc\u00ea ganhou R$ 2.650, j\u00e1 paga.
