Nesta quinta-feira (27), a Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong> vai dar in\u00edcio ao julgamento do empres\u00e1rio Thiago Brennand<\/strong> no caso em que ele \u00e9 r\u00e9u por agredir a modelo Helena Gomes em uma academia na capital paulista,<\/a> al\u00e9m do crime de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de menores. <\/p>\n

A primeira audi\u00eancia<\/strong> deve ocorrer \u00e0s 13h30 na 6\u00aa Vara Criminal da capital, no F\u00f3rum da Barra Funda. A sess\u00e3o est\u00e1 agendada para o formato virtual.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Al\u00e9m do acusado, a v\u00edtima e diversas testemunhas de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o e defesa tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o ouvidas nesta quinta.<\/p>\n

Brennand tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 r\u00e9u por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de menores <\/a> por ter incentivado o filho a ofender a mulher agredida. No total, o empres\u00e1rio<\/strong> \u00e9 r\u00e9u em nove processos por estupro, les\u00e3o corporal e outros crimes. Ele tem pedido de pris\u00e3o preventiva em seis deles.<\/p>\n

O r\u00e9u ainda \u00e9 investigado por agredir o filho<\/a> e por ter uma cole\u00e7\u00e3o de armas ilegais.<\/a> <\/p>\n

Os casos envolvendo o nome de Brennand<\/strong> ganharam notoriedade ap\u00f3s a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de imagens de c\u00e2mera de seguran\u00e7a da academia<\/strong> em que ocorreu a agress\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s o epis\u00f3dio, ele teve a pris\u00e3o decretada pela Justi\u00e7a paulista.<\/p>\n
