O presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva conversou nesta quinta-feira (27) por telefone com o xeique Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, presidente dos Emirados \u00c1rabes Unidos.<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es divulgadas pelo Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto, Lula e o xeique conversaram sobre temas relacionados \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas, prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao meio ambiente e transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica. No final deste ano, de 30 de novembro a 12 de dezembro, Dubai sediar\u00e1 a Confer\u00eancia das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas (COP-28) sobre Mudan\u00e7as do Clima.<\/p>\n

Durante a conversa, Al Nahyan confirmou que seu governo enviar\u00e1 o sult\u00e3o Ahmed al-Jaber, presidente da COP-28, para participar da C\u00fapula da Amaz\u00f4nia, que ser\u00e1 realizada nos dias 8 e 9 de agosto, em Bel\u00e9m. A capital paraense sediar\u00e1 a COP-30 em 2025<\/a>. A c\u00fapula marcar\u00e1 os 10 anos do Acordo de Paris, a principal conven\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica da ONU<\/p>\n

Lula tamb\u00e9m convidou o xeique para visitar o Brasil. A viagem dever\u00e1 ser realizada em 2024.<\/p>\n
