A Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil Se\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Paulo (OAB-SP)<\/a> promoveu uma manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta nesta quarta-feira (20), junto a outras organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, em prol de uma jurista negra para ocupar a vaga da ministra Rosa Weber,<\/a> que se aposenta ao final de setembro, no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). <\/p>\n

Ao todo, 20 organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil apoiam o movimento, que iniciou uma passeata na sede da OAB-SP nesta quarta e seguiu ao Largo de S\u00e3o Francisco, onde est\u00e1 localizada a Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/a> No Largo, houve a leitura de uma carta aberta ao presidente Lula (PT).<\/a> <\/p>\n

\u201cA nossa mobilizac\u0327a\u0303o pela ampliac\u0327a\u0303o da representatividade no Poder Judicia\u0301rio brasileiro e\u0301 de longa data e atinge um esta\u0301gio crucial neste momento\u201d, declara a presidente da OAB-SP, Patricia Vanzolini. <\/strong> <\/p>\n

\u201cNa\u0303o podemos deixar passar a chance de mudar para sempre a histo\u0301ria da Justic\u0327a no nosso pai\u0301s e de dar um passo em direc\u0327a\u0303o a uma sociedade mais igualita\u0301ria, que seja verdadeiramente representada em suas instituic\u0327o\u0303es de justic\u0327a. Essa e\u0301 a nossa luta\u201d, complementa.<\/p>\n

A carta aberta ao presidente da Rep\u00fablica, subscrita pelas institui\u00e7\u00f5es organizadoras, sera\u0301 protocolada no Gabinete da Preside\u0302ncia da Repu\u0301blica, em Brasi\u0301lia, no pro\u0301ximo dia 25 de setembro. Se juntam a OAB-SP, a Associac\u0327a\u0303o dos Advogados de Sa\u0303o Paulo (AASP), a Associac\u0327a\u0303o Brasileira das Mulheres de Carreira Juri\u0301dica de Sa\u0303o Paulo (ABMCJ-SP), a Associac\u0327a\u0303o dos Advogadas Trabalhistas de Sa\u0303o Paulo (AATSP) e o movimento Me Too Brasil.<\/p>\n

O documento cobra urge\u0302ncia de iniciar uma mudanc\u0327a na composic\u0327a\u0303o do poder judicia\u0301rio brasileiro, a partir da vaga que sera\u0301 aberta com a aposentadoria da ministra Weber. O movimento considera que o presidente tem a\u0300 sua frente uma oportunidade de reparac\u0327a\u0303o histo\u0301rica, visto que, em 132 anos de exist\u00eancia, nunca houve uma jurista negra nos quadros do STF. As organiza\u00e7\u00f5es ainda argumentam que as diferentes perspectivas e experie\u0302ncias presentes na sociedade brasileira devem ser contempladas nas tomadas de decisa\u0303o da Corte.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Para Dione Almeida,<\/strong> secreta\u0301ria-geral da OAB-SP e que, em julho deste ano, presidiu a Ordem paulista por dois dias \u2013 sendo a primeira mulher negra a ocupar o cargo \u2013, a reivindicac\u0327a\u0303o mira efeitos que va\u0303o ale\u0301m da mera nomeac\u0327a\u0303o ao STF. \u201cO racismo estrutural, o machismo e os estereo\u0301tipos de ge\u0302nero e rac\u0327a inviabilizaram o acesso dessas mulheres nos espac\u0327os de poder\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n

\u201cO direito sempre excluiu mulheres negras, um bom exemplo e\u0301 a lei que proibia aos negros o acesso a\u0300 educac\u0327a\u0303o formal. A escolha de uma ministra negra para uma Corte Superior e\u0301 o reconhecimento da capacidade intelectual e da qualificac\u0327a\u0303o dessas mulheres que esta\u0303o prontas para desempenhar com excele\u0302ncia a func\u0327a\u0303o de ministra”, destaca Almeida.<\/p>\n
