O caso foi aberto no tribunal distrital da Fl\u00f3rida.<\/p>\n<p class>No documento apresentado pela equipe jur\u00eddica de Trump, \u00e9 expresso que o ex-mandat\u00e1rio estava &#8220;retirando voluntariamente&#8221; o processo.<\/p>\n<p class>Cohen comentou a retirada do processo em uma publica\u00e7\u00e3o no Twitter, dizendo que Trump j\u00e1 havia dado ind\u00edcios da decis\u00e3o das antes, quando ele foi intimado a comparecer para a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de depoimento.<\/p>\n<p class>&#8220;Como disse desde o in\u00edcio: este caso nada mais foi do que uma t\u00e1tica de retalia\u00e7\u00e3o e intimida\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, escreveu Cohen.<\/p>\n<div>  <\/div>\n<p class=\"\">O ex-advogado de Trump \u00e9 uma das poss\u00edveis testemunhas mais importantes no processo que o ex-presidente enfrenta em Nova York. No caso, o empres\u00e1rio \u00e9 acusado de ter dado dinheiro \u00e0 atriz Stormy Daniels, durante o per\u00edodo pr\u00e9-eleitoral de 2016, para esconder um suposto caso entre os dois.<\/p>\n<p class>Ao todo, Trump responde a 34 acusa\u00e7\u00f5es criminais de falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de registros de pagamentos. Ele se declara inocente em todas elas.<\/p>\n<p class>Na Georgia, o ex-presidente ainda enfrenta um julgamento, que est\u00e1 marcado para mar\u00e7o de 2024, sobre conspira\u00e7\u00e3o para reverter o resultado das elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2020. Em maio, outro julgamento ocorre por gest\u00e3o indevida de documentos secretos.
