A presidente da Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, Ursula von der Leyen, anunciou neste s\u00e1bado (14) que “ir\u00e1 triplicar imediatamente a ajuda humanit\u00e1ria a Gaza”, elevando para mais de 75 milh\u00f5es de euros.<\/p>\n

“A Comiss\u00e3o aumentar\u00e1 imediatamente o atual or\u00e7amento de ajuda humanit\u00e1ria previsto para Gaza em 50 milh\u00f5es de euros. Isto elevar\u00e1 o total para mais de 75 milh\u00f5es de euros”, afirmou ela, ap\u00f3s uma reuni\u00e3o com o secret\u00e1rio-geral das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, Antonio Guterres.<\/p>\n

Von der Leyen indicou o desejo de se manter em “estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com as Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para garantir que esta ajuda chegue a quem dela precisa na Faixa de Gaza”. <\/p>\n
