A Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas (ONU) <\/a> deve fazer uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria sobre a explos\u00e3o a um hospital e uma escola na Faixa de Gaza, que deixou centenas de mortos na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a (17).<\/a> Conforme o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade palestino nessa quarta (18), ao menos 471 pessoas morreram e outras 342 ficaram feridas.<\/p>\n

\u201cA ONU<\/strong> certamente ir\u00e1 querer fazer a sua pr\u00f3pria investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, e isso deve ser feito muito em breve e muito rapidamente\u201d, disse o encarregado de assuntos humanit\u00e1rios do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, Martin Griffiths, em entrevista \u00e0 CNN<\/em> . <\/p>\n

Nessa quarta, o grupo lib\u00e2nes xiita Hezbollah convocou um dia de “ira sem precedentes” contra Israel, <\/a> ap\u00f3s a explos\u00e3o<\/strong> ao hospital em Gaza. O grupo convocou protestos<\/strong> e afirmou que as “den\u00fancias j\u00e1 n\u00e3o s\u00e3o suficientes” depois do ataque \u00e0 institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s acusa\u00e7\u00f5es do Hamas<\/strong> e do Hezbollah, Israel negou ter sido o autor do ataque ao Hospital Batista Al-Ahly Arab, <\/a> o mais antigo da regi\u00e3o, fundado em 1882 e localizado no centro da cidade de Gaza. Segundo o pa\u00eds, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o foi atingida por um foguete do grupo extremista Jihad Isl\u00e2mica. <\/p>\n

Ainda ontem, militares israelenses acusaram o grupo extremista isl\u00e2mico Hamas de inflar o n\u00famero de v\u00edtimas da explos\u00e3o<\/a> e divulgaram imagens a\u00e9reas da regi\u00e3o do hospital antes e depois do ataque, afirmando que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 sinais vis\u00edveis de crateras ou danos significativos nos pr\u00e9dios ao redor.<\/p>\n
