O Senado aprovou projeto de lei (PL) que estabelece protocolo de preven\u00e7\u00e3o de viol\u00eancia contra mulheres em estabelecimentos p\u00fablicos. Voltado principalmente a locais de entretenimento, o PL 3\/2023 prev\u00ea tamb\u00e9m medidas visando ao atendimento a v\u00edtimas, al\u00e9m de instituir o selo N\u00e3o nos Calaremos \u2013 Mulheres Seguras para esses estabelecimentos.<\/p>\n

A proposta foi inspirada em uma iniciativa adotada pela Espanha, o No Callem<\/em> (N\u00e3o se calem), que ficou internacionalmente conhecida ap\u00f3s o caso do jogador de futebol brasileiro Daniel Alves, preso desde janeiro naquele pa\u00eds, acusado de ter estuprado uma jovem no banheiro de uma boate em Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Aprovada na forma de substitutivo e tendo como relatora em plen\u00e1rio a senadora Augusta Brito (PT-CE), a mat\u00e9ria voltar\u00e1 \u00e0 an\u00e1lise da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados. O texto aprovado teve como base substitutivo apresentado pela senadora Mara Gabrilli (PSD-SP) \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Direitos Humanos, elaborado a partir das medidas previstas em seis outros projetos que tramitaram conjuntamente.<\/p>\n

O protocolo cria uma din\u00e2mica a ser adotada para evitar o agravamento das situa\u00e7\u00f5es de viol\u00eancia em potencial, preservando a integridade da v\u00edtima. Entre as medidas previstas, est\u00e1 a de atendimento c\u00e9lere \u00e0 v\u00edtima; a garantia de prote\u00e7\u00e3o pela equipe do estabelecimento; o afastamento do agressor e o acompanhamento da v\u00edtima, por uma pessoa de sua escolha, bem como meio de transporte seguro na sa\u00edda do estabelecimento.<\/p>\n

Os organizadores de eventos e de locais de lazer dever\u00e3o manter uma pessoa de sua equipe informada sobre o protocolo, divulgar canais de acionamento das medidas protetivas e preservar o local do incidente para ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas policiais.<\/p>\n

Os profissionais do estabelecimento ou do evento dever\u00e3o estar atentos a sinais de vulnerabilidade \u00e0 viol\u00eancia sexual em raz\u00e3o do consumo de \u00e1lcool ou de outras subst\u00e2ncias e, nesses casos, tomar as provid\u00eancias cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\n
