A deputada federal Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) negou, em depoimento \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF), em Bras\u00edlia, ter contratado o hacker Walter Delgatti Neto para invadir o sistema do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a. A deputada foi ouvida pela pol\u00edcia nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (14).<\/p>\n

Em suas redes sociais, Zambelli comentou que est\u00e1 sendo investigada por supostamente ter contratado Delgatti para inserir no Banco Nacional de Mandados de Pris\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a (CNJ) um mandato de pris\u00e3o falso contra o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes, al\u00e9m de 11 alvar\u00e1s de soltura falsos, o que a parlamentar nega.<\/p>\n

O caso ocorreu em janeiro deste ano. Em depoimento \u00e0 PF, Delgatti afirmou que Zambelli havia pago R$ 40 mil para que ele invadisse sites do poder judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

A deputada ainda afirmou que havia contratado Delgatti apenas para fazer um novo site para ela, pagando o valor de R$ 3 mil. Al\u00e9m disso, um ex-assessor da parlamentar teria pago ao hacker R$ 10 mil para suposta compra de garrafas de u\u00edsque.<\/p>\n

Ela tamb\u00e9m confirmou que levou o hacker para uma reuni\u00e3o com o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro sobre a seguran\u00e7a das urnas eletr\u00f4nicas. Mas tamb\u00e9m inocentou Bolsonaro da rela\u00e7\u00e3o com Delgatti.<\/p>\n

Carla Zambelli tamb\u00e9m foi alvo de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o da PF de busca e apreens\u00e3o em agosto deste ano.<\/p>\n

Walter Delgatti ficou conhecido por hackear os celulares de procuradores da opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato, no caso conhecido como vaza-jato.<\/p>\n
