A exposi\u00e7\u00e3o aos raios solares, sem a prote\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, pode facilitar o surgimento de manchas e o envelhecimento precoce da pele, al\u00e9m de aumentar as chances de desenvolver c\u00e2ncer de pele.<\/p>\n

Mas como escolher o protetor ideal? A especialista ensina:<\/p>\n

“O protetor solar facial deve ser escolhido de acordo com o tipo de pele do paciente. Peles mais oleosas devem ter filtros solares oil-free, que n\u00e3o contenham \u00f3leo na sua fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o. Peles mais secas podem ter filtros solares com ativos hidratantes.”<\/p>\n

“J\u00e1 o filtro solar corporal deve ser escolhido com ativos que criem resist\u00eancia \u00e0 \u00e1gua e ao suor”, alerta Nichelle.<\/p>\n

A especialista lembra que todo e qualquer filtro solar, mesmo os resistentes, devem ser reaplicados a cada tr\u00eas horas, reaplicados se houver contato com a \u00e1gua ou com toalhas ou suor excessivo.<\/p>\n
