Um policial militar suspeito de matar<\/a> um morador do Complexo da Mar\u00e9 durante protesto, na manh\u00e3 de quinta-feira (8), no conjunto de favelas localizado na zona norte Rio de Janeiro, foi preso em flagrante depois de prestar depoimento. O caso foi filmado e \u00e9 tratado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil como homic\u00eddio culposo porque a Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios considerou que ele n\u00e3o teve a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de matar.<\/p>\n

De acordo com nota divulgada pela Pol\u00edcia Militar, o policial foi acionado – junto com companheiros do Batalh\u00e3o da Mar\u00e9 – para intervir numa manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o, que amea\u00e7ava fechar a Avenida Brasil, via expressa que liga a zona oeste ao centro do Rio.<\/p>\n

Preso em flagrante<\/h2>\n

Ainda segundo a PM, o fuzil do policial disparou e atingiu um manifestante. O policial foi preso em flagrante pela 1\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria Militar, depois de prestar depoimento, na noite de quinta-feira (8). A arma e sua c\u00e2mera corporal foram recolhidas como provas para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O policial tamb\u00e9m foi ouvido pela Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios, que periciou o local O corpo do morador foi encaminhado para o Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal (IML). O caso foi encaminhado para a Justi\u00e7a Militar e o PM ficar\u00e1 detido na Unidade Prisional da PM, em Niter\u00f3i, no Grande Rio.<\/p>\n

Ainda na quinta-feira (8), a ministra da Igualdade Racial, Anielle Franco<\/a>, classificou o v\u00eddeo que mostra as imagens do homic\u00eddio de \u201caterrorizante\u201d e disse que vai acompanhar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
