A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi divulgada em nota neste s\u00e1bado (10) pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1580574&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1580574&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><\/p>\n<p>A magistrada aceitou den\u00fancia oferecida pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico contra os dois homens. Consta na den\u00fancia que Daniel teria contratado Alejandro para matar Brent, com a promessa de pagamento de US$ 200 mil. Seguindo o plano previamente estabelecido, Alejandro veio para o Brasil, seguindo as coordenadas oferecidas por Daniel e sendo auxiliado financeiramente por ele. Na madrugada do dia 14 de janeiro, utilizando-se das chaves fornecidas por Daniel, Alejandro entrou na resid\u00eancia da v\u00edtima, no Jardim Bot\u00e2nico, zona sul do Rio, e a golpeou v\u00e1rias vezes com uma faca.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/geral\/noticia\/2024-01\/policia-investiga-morte-de-galerista-americano-no-rio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Encontrado por uma amiga<\/a>, o corpo de Brent Sikkema, 75 anos, apresentava perfura\u00e7\u00f5es por arma branca e foi levado pelos bombeiros para o Instituto M\u00e9dico-Legal (IML), na regi\u00e3o central do Rio. A Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios da Capital (DHC) est\u00e1 investigando a morte do americano, que era propriet\u00e1rio de uma galeria de arte contempor\u00e2nea em Nova York, a Sikkema Jenkins &#038; Co, para confirmar crime de latroc\u00ednio, que \u00e9 roubo seguido de morte.<\/p>\n<p>A ju\u00edza determinou, ainda, que o mandado de pris\u00e3o de Daniel seja encaminhado \u00e0 Difus\u00e3o Vermelha da Interpol, atrav\u00e9s de canal competente da Pol\u00edcia Federal, j\u00e1 que o acusado se encontra no exterior.
