As tratativas acontecem ap\u00f3s Israel ter dado at\u00e9 o in\u00edcio do Ramad\u00e3, o m\u00eas sagrado do Isl\u00e3, em 10 de mar\u00e7o, para o Hamas libertar os ref\u00e9ns e evitar uma ofensiva em larga escala em Rafah, no extremo-sul da Faixa de Gaza.<\/p>\n
