A proposta tamb\u00e9m assegura a sustentabilidade econ\u00f4mico-financeira da Light, com a previs\u00e3o de pagamento em condi\u00e7\u00f5es vantajosas aos credores apoiadores que aderirem ao plano. O documento prev\u00ea pagamento integral de at\u00e9 60% dos credores em 90 dias.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1582743&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1582743&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><\/p>\n<p>O plano prev\u00ea o aporte de novos recursos de at\u00e9 R$ 1,5 bilh\u00e3o, sendo inten\u00e7\u00e3o dos acionistas de refer\u00eancia o aporte de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNos \u00faltimos seis meses, a Light e seus assessores jur\u00eddicos e financeiros estiveram abertos a ouvir e negociar com todos os seus credores. &#8220;A\u00a0companhia est\u00e1 apresentando um plano que visa maior alinhamento aos interesses de seus credores, sem colocar em risco a qualidade da presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de energia a 4,5 milh\u00f5es de clientes do Rio de Janeiro e uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o de 12 milh\u00f5es habitantes\u201d, diz a Light.<\/p>\n<p>A conclus\u00e3o do processo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial da Light tem como premissa uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mico-financeira que garanta a sua sustentabilidade. No entender da companhia, as propostas apresentadas pelos credores at\u00e9 agora n\u00e3o levaram em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as reais necessidades de investimento da empresa, que dever\u00e3o aumentar, sobretudo, depois das novas regras para a renova\u00e7\u00e3o da concess\u00e3o que ainda ser\u00e3o anunciadas.
