O ex-presidente da Rep\u00fablica Jair Bolsonaro (PL) pediu \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo que devolva o valor pago em multas ao governo paulista, por infra\u00e7\u00f5es no per\u00edodo da pandemia da Covid-19. O ex-mandat\u00e1rio pagou cerca de R$ 433 mil ao governo por promover aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es e circular sem m\u00e1scara. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi publicada no jornal Estad\u00e3o. <\/p>\n

Na \u00e9poca, a Secretaria de Estado da Sa\u00fade (SES) imputou ao ent\u00e3o presidente oito multas por descumprimento das medidas sanit\u00e1rias. Ao todo, o d\u00e9bito com o Estado era de R$ 1,08 milh\u00e3o.<\/a> <\/p>\n

Entretanto, uma lei proposta pelo governador de S\u00e3o Paulo, Tarc\u00edsio de Freitas (Republicanos), em agosto de 2023<\/a> , anula todas as infra\u00e7\u00f5es contra Bolsonaro, al\u00e9m de ter beneficiado o deputado Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) e outros parlamentares pr\u00f3ximos ao ex-presidente<\/a> . Tarc\u00edsio \u00e9 aliado do ex-presidente, j\u00e1 tendo chefiado o Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura na antiga gest\u00e3o. <\/p>\n

Em agosto de 2023, Bolsonaro foi obrigado a fazer um dep\u00f3sito judicial de R$ 913,3 mil para que as d\u00edvidas com a SES fossem pagas. O Foro das Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Fiscais Estaduais conta com cinco a\u00e7\u00f5es contra o ex-presidente. Com a anula\u00e7\u00e3o das multas, \u00e9 esperado que a Justi\u00e7a restitua o valor integral ao ex-mandat\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

A disparidade nos montantes surge de uma quest\u00e3o burocr\u00e1tica. Devido aos dep\u00f3sitos judiciais realizados em distintas a\u00e7\u00f5es, ser\u00e1 preciso requerer a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores em cada processo. O pr\u00f3prio governo estadual, atrav\u00e9s da Procuradoria da D\u00edvida Ativa, j\u00e1 anulou as multas aplicadas a Bolsonaro e solicitou a extin\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos perante o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n
