A garantia foi dada nesta sexta-feira (5) pelo ministro do Trabalho e Emprego, Luiz Marinho, em entrevista ao programa <strong>Rep\u00f3rter Brasil<\/strong>, da <strong>TV Brasil<\/strong>.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1589152&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1589152&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><\/p>\n<p>Segundo ele, ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de lei, a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia dos motoristas vai crescer, porque a renda m\u00ednima ser\u00e1 de R$ 32,10 por hora. \u201cEstamos garantindo que trabalhando a mesma quantidade de horas, com a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima, contribuindo para a previd\u00eancia para ter cobertura, voc\u00ea vai levar mais dinheiro para casa. Hoje n\u00e3o tem garantia de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima, \u00e9 a empresa que estabelece\u201d, explicou Marinho.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ele ressaltou que, como o projeto ser\u00e1 discutido pelo Congresso Nacional, poder\u00e1 haver mudan\u00e7as na proposta, se a categoria desejar. Segundo Marinho, ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da lei, o governo poder\u00e1 estudar uma linha de cr\u00e9dito para facilitar a compra do carro zero quil\u00f4metro ou reduzir a loca\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos para motoristas de aplicativo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>No projeto de lei, o governo prop\u00f5e o valor que deve ser pago por hora trabalhada e contribui\u00e7\u00e3o ao Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS). Os trabalhadores pagar\u00e3o 7,5% sobre a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o. O percentual a ser recolhido pelos empregadores ser\u00e1 de 20%.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o PL, a jornada de trabalho ser\u00e1 de 8 horas di\u00e1rias, podendo chegar ao m\u00e1ximo de 12 horas. N\u00e3o haver\u00e1 acordo de exclusividade.
