{"id":82633,"date":"2024-04-11T21:02:15","date_gmt":"2024-04-12T00:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fatosefotosnews.com.br\/anp-aprova-adicao-obrigatoria-de-corante-ao-oleo-diesel-maritimo\/"},"modified":"2024-04-11T21:02:15","modified_gmt":"2024-04-12T00:02:15","slug":"anp-aprova-adicao-obrigatoria-de-corante-ao-oleo-diesel-maritimo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fatosefotosnews.com.br\/?p=82633","title":{"rendered":"ANP aprova adi\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria de corante ao \u00f3leo diesel mar\u00edtimo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis (ANP) aprovou, nesta quinta-feira (11), a revis\u00e3o da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 903, de 2022, que disp\u00f5e sobre as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es dos combust\u00edveis de uso aquavi\u00e1rio e suas regras de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1590061&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1590061&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><\/p>\n<p>A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da ANP foi alterada para incluir a obrigatoriedade de adi\u00e7\u00e3o de corante ao \u00f3leo diesel mar\u00edtimo comercializado na Regi\u00e3o Norte, que \u00e9 facultada em outras regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p> Em nota, a ag\u00eancia explica que o objetivo da altera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 diferenciar, visualmente, o \u00f3leo diesel mar\u00edtimo do \u00f3leo diesel rodovi\u00e1rio S10 e, desse modo, coibir a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular do produto. O objetivo \u00e9 evitar que o combust\u00edvel mar\u00edtimo, de menor pre\u00e7o, seja vendido como se fosse o rodovi\u00e1rio, \u201co que poderia estimular a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de vantagens financeiras indevidas por agentes econ\u00f4micos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Os estudos foram conduzidos pelo Centro de Pesquisas e An\u00e1lises Tecnol\u00f3gicas da Ag\u00eancia (CPT), e os resultados apontaram para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do corante de colora\u00e7\u00e3o violeta.<\/p>\n<p> O uso do diesel mar\u00edtimo em vez do \u00f3leo diesel rodovi\u00e1rio em ve\u00edculos pode gerar maior emiss\u00e3o de gases resultantes da queima do combust\u00edvel. Os dois produtos t\u00eam especifica\u00e7\u00f5es distintas, e o uso do diesel mar\u00edtimo em ve\u00edculos automotores pode causar problemas, especialmente nos sistemas de p\u00f3s-tratamento de emiss\u00f5es.
