Um homem de 23 anos foi preso em flagrante pela Pol\u00edcia Militar por homic\u00eddio e tentativa de homic\u00eddio contra duas mulheres, no s\u00e1bado (13), no Cap\u00e3o Redondo, na zona sul de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

Segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, a mulher transsexual\u00a0de 21 anos\u00a0e uma amiga estavam em uma festa, na Estrada de Itapecerica, quando se desentenderam com algumas pessoas. Elas deixaram o local, mas foram seguidas por um carro.<\/p>\n

Ao passar pelas duas, o passageiro atirou na dire\u00e7\u00e3o delas. O resgate foi chamado, mas constatou a morte da mulher no local. A amiga n\u00e3o foi atingida. \u201cCom as informa\u00e7\u00f5es de testemunhas, a PM localizou no mesmo bairro o carro usado pelos criminosos. O motorista foi conduzido \u00e0 delegacia. O segundo envolvido ainda n\u00e3o foi localizado\u201d, diz o Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Dacordo com o Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, foram solicitados exames periciais ao Instituto de Criminal\u00edstica\u00a0e ao Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal\u00a0e o caso, registrado como homic\u00eddio e tentativa de homic\u00eddio no 47\u00ba Distrito Policial do Cap\u00e3o Redondo). O Departamento de Homic\u00eddios e de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Pessoa foi acionado para dar suporte \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Segundo dados da 7\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Dossi\u00ea: Assassinatos e viol\u00eancias contra travestis e transexuais brasileiras, elaborado pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Travestis e Transexuais, em 2023 houve um aumento de mais de 10% nos casos de assassinatos de pessoas trans, na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com 2022. Em 2023, foram 155 casos, sendo 145 casos de assassinatos e 10 pessoas trans suicidadas, sendo a mais jovem uma adolescente de 13 anos.<\/p>\n

O dossi\u00ea destaca ainda que o aumento ocorre no mesmo momento em que o Brasil continua sendo o que mais consome pornografia trans nas plataformas de conte\u00fado adulto e que segue como o pa\u00eds que mais assassinou pessoas trans pelo 15\u00ba ano consecutivo. Os dados mostram tamb\u00e9m que se manteve a pol\u00edtica estatal de subnotifica\u00e7\u00e3o da viol\u00eancia do tipo.<\/p>\n
