Segundo a prefeitura, o novo meio de transporte, chamado de Aqu\u00e1tico-SP, ir\u00e1 beneficiar cerca de 380 mil moradores das regi\u00f5es do Graja\u00fa, Pedreira e Cocaia.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1590478&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1590478&#038;o=node\" style=\"width:1px;height:1px\"><\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a foi tomada ap\u00f3s recurso da S\u00e3o Paulo Transporte (SPTrans), administradora municipal do transporte coletivo na cidade, contra uma a\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, do fim de mar\u00e7o, que alegava falta de estudos de impacto ambiental.\u00a0O desembargador Nogueira Diefenthaler considerou, no recurso, os alvar\u00e1s emitidos pela Companhia Ambiental do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (Cetesb) autorizando a opera\u00e7\u00e3o das embarca\u00e7\u00f5es na represa.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A empresa escolhida para operar as embarca\u00e7\u00f5es foi a Transwolff, alvo da opera\u00e7\u00e3o Fim da Linha do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, acusada de ter liga\u00e7\u00e3o com a fac\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).
